In this difficult period of crisis, we are closely monitoring the situation as it unfolds daily, and are committed to complying with all Government regulations to maintain the safety of our customers, staff and other contacts.

An internal policy on Coronavirus, has been implemented and accepted by all staff.

Internally, stricter hygiene processes have been implemented, including frequent hand sanitization and regular cleaning of touch points with appropriate sprays and disinfection wipes.

Our staff are practising social distancing in accordance with regulations, with some of our staff working effectively from home.

SALES

Our passionate sales team is committed to maintaining our usual level of service during this difficult time, responding to your inquiries as soon as possible.

Our Sales team are all working at keeping in contact with our customers via phone or by Zoom, please advise if another video conferencing platform works better for you.

OPERATIONS

Our dedicated operations team is working hard to ensure delivery of our current projects and orders while maintaining proper health and safety requirements.

Appropriate measures will be planned with our site workers to ensure that all work is done safely and in accordance with regulations.

Each site will be assessed, and an appropriate plan implemented in consultation with our customers, which will be updated daily on sites we are currently working on.

SERVICE

Our committed service team is still working at full capacity to deliver the onsite service and factory repairs for which you have come to rely on QMAX for.

Proper hygiene procedures are being maintained. If there are any site-specific measures to be complied with, please advise our Service Manager.
