Lakeside Estate, a burgeoning residential estate situated north of Orange NSW, faced a unique challenge: a main trunk sewer line intersected the area, posing a hurdle for construction below it. Recognising this obstacle, the Civil Engineer and Developer enlisted the expertise of QMAX.
