SOUTH JERRABOMBERRA WPS

QMax Pumping Systems were engaged to complete the full detailed design, manufacture, construction and commissioning of the Water Booster Station for the South Jerrabomberra development. This system was designed to transfer water from the low level reservoir to the high level reservoir, which will serve the high level areas of the development with potable water.

The project included pump system and switchboard design, water analysers and chlorine dosing system.

Working through the design process with civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic consultants the QMax team found this very challenging but also informative and rewarding, enabling us to take the experience forward with us to ensure we can deliver similar outcomes to other clients in the future.

This process broadened QMax knowledge of Prominent gas chlorine dosing systems, water hammer analysis, lightning protection, water analysis and SCADA control and monitoring.

These projects continue to increase QMax’s ability and confidence to deliver full turnkey projects to the satisfaction of our clients.
